[gui-talk] Bluetooth in System Tray

The situation has been resolved.  Apparently Bluetooth services got
turned off some how, and I turned it back on in MSCONFIG.

Try resetting the option in task menu and properties in the control
panel
that has to do with system tray icons.  It's worked for me before.

I have a Bluetooth USB dongle that I use from time to time to allow my
PC to interface with Bluetooth devices.  When I plug it in, an icon for
Bluetooth services appears in the system tray.  Yesterday, I wanted to
set up my new RefreshaBraille 18 bluetooth display to work on my desktop
computer.  When I inserted the dongle, nothing new appeared in the
system tray.  A check of Device Manager showed that the USB Bluetooth
radio was there, and windows says that the device is functioning
properly, but I can't access it. Any help would be appreciated.  The
device does work, because I used it earlier in the day on my netbook
computer.
