[gui-talk] Google Chrome

Donnie,

Google is very much aware of the fact that accessibility needs to be a consideration in the development of their
products. It is my opinion, though, that they tend to need a little push sometimes. Therefore, we will need to make
certain that they try to build in accessibility from the ground up rather than trying to attach it after the fact. The good
news is that they are building there OS on a Linux kernel, and there is a good deal of work already being done on Linus
including within the Linus GUI. Hopefully, they can make use of that rather than having to start from scratch. Those of
us active in this field will definitely have to make certain this happens, though. Thanks for raising this issue.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
