Yes it does. Just configure it as if you're using Outlook Express. The only 
difference is that "my server requires authentication" now appears in the 
wizard, but can also be set in the account's properties should you forget to 
do it. Also, at the end of the wizard, tell it to not download your mail at 
this time before clicking finish. Hope this helps.

Does Google mail work with Windows Mail?  I heard it did but I don't see a
tutorial for configuring it on their sight.  If it does I'll look longer.
