[gui-talk] strance message

The following has happened twice on the New York Times website.  It has 
happened with both JAWS and Window-eyes.  I am using Windows Vista, windows 
Mail, and Internet Explorer 7.

When I try to access the link of a particular story, I sometimes get a 
message about a stacking error followed by a number.  What does this mean?
