[gui-talk] Fwd: skype 4.0 beta 3 and window-eyes.

Has the screeneader and keyboard shortcut support been re-added into 
skype 4.0 beta 3? According to the known issues on the skype 
developer's page, accessibility mode is stil not implemented in skype 4.0 beta.
