[gui-talk] Google mail view question:

I'm confused!  If I opt for Google Mail's Basic HTML view I learn that I'm
missing out on using short cut keys because they say these are only
available in the standard view but if I switch to that view I'm told I
should use the HTML view if I'm a screen reader user.  I'd think the view
providing the keyboard navigation access would be what was most accessible.
Am I missing something?  thanks
