[Electronics-Talk] Accessible VoltMeter, where can I find one?

My husband purchased one from NFB, back in 2011. He's on the blind
handyman list, and though he didn't pay much attention to it since he
already has one, he says there was a recent discussion on there and
someone mentioned that there is at least one talking one available on
Amazon. He recommends subscribing to the blind handyman list. He says
there are some extremely experienced and knowledgeable technical people
on it.
