[Electronics-Talk] Accessible VoltMeter, where can I find one?

Hello dear listers,
I am looking for an accessible VoltMeter to work as a stand alone or via an iOS app. I need to install a smart doorbellcamera. It requires 24V ac power with a minamum of 10VA. I need the VoltMeter to test the voltage of my existing doorbell wires.
Any help will be appreciated.
