You should keep in mind that if you want to do other things with your
computer while on a Zoom call, the Insert-S option won't be useful to
you at all, because you are temporarily setting your speech to "None."
If you try to alt-tab to another app, you get nothing. Your only
choice with NVDA is the option Cutis detailed in his last message.
