C-TRAN is proposing a series of service changes for fall 2023, and we want
to hear from you! These changes would coincide with the launch of The Vine
on Mill Plain and the opening of the new Mill Plain Transit Center.
Proposed changes include realigning routes to the new transit center and
improving regional connections.



We will hold a series of open houses throughout April and May, both in
person and online, leading up to a public hearing at the May 9 C-TRAN Board
of Directors meeting.
