[CCCNFBW] NFB Clark county chapter Unqork for braille fundraiser scheduled for September 17

This year’s Uncork for Braille wine and cheese fundraiser event is scheduled for September 17 from 2 PM – 5 PM. it will again take place at cellar 55 in downtown Vancouver. We are in the early planning stages but it’s not too early to start soliciting for donations for our raffle baskets. I have attached the in-kind donation letter which you can print and give or show to business owners that explains that we are a legitimate organization. They can use this letter to get a tax deduction for what they donate.
Possible donation items could include restaurant gift certificates, gift certificates for various services such as massage or haircuts, store, gift cards, gift certificates to musical events, sightseeing, excursions, etc.,. Products from stores, handmade craft items, food or wine.  The possibilities are endless. Cash donations are of course always welcome.
We will be working on an advertising flyer when more of the details have been worked out and I will share more details in the coming weeks and months.
