I found these accessible fitness programs through Vancouver Parks and
Recreations.
You will need to sign up to use their portal to register for the events.

 Access to Recreation (ATR) programs provide recreational opportunities for
people with cognitive/developmental disabilities.

Ages 18+. Take part in recreational, non-competitive bowling. Each
participant will bowl 2 games per week. No leagues, just fun!

   items.
   - After registering you will receive an email from ePACT to fill out the
   participant information form. This form must be filled out completely or,
   for returning participants, confirming all information is up-to-date and
   accurate prior to attending programs.
   - We partner with ePACT Network <https://www.epactnetwork.com/> to
   provide an efficient and secure way to manage participant information.
   - C-VAN ride requests must be made 7 days prior to the program start
   date. The participant must be a qualified C-VAN rider in order for
   Vancouver Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services to schedule their ride.
   Requests must be made at the time of registration unless registration is
   done less than 7 days prior to the start of the program and therefore would
   not be eligible to have a ride booked through Vancouver Parks, Recreation
   and Cultural Services.

Ages 18+. Engage in shallow water movement and stretching, aerobics, and
water play used to encourage full range of motion, coordination, and
socialization. This class will use adaptive equipment under the guidance of
experienced staff all while Lifeguards are on duty.
