David, the phone numbers for C Tran are Call Center and trip planning (360) 695-0123 This number is also good for lost and found as well as next bus. You just have to choose the option of your choice to get through. For C van reservations and information the number is (360) 695-8918 . You again can choose from options to use an automated system to check or cancel reservations or the other option to talk with a live reservationist. Should you want to talk with a member of the administrative staff you can call (360) 696-4494. There is also a number for WA relay for deaf users that is an 800 number. Hope this helps answer your question.

This proposal is a major overhaul of bus service on I-5, in a good way. It would be advisable to investigate the accessibility of the microtransit app platform, and determine if phone reservations are still possible for those not technologically inclined or priveleged.
