Bob, Corey asked me to pull together an initial agenda for this Saturday’s meeting and I would like your feedback as well as anything you would like to add that we may have missed.

Discuss event location time and details
Discuss event branding including name and mission statement Outline specific tasks to be performed by committee members Identify tasks to be assigned to other chapter members assisting Outline and finalize names of baskets and items to be included Bring motions to the table for expenditures necessary for event logistics Social media and promotion Create basic timeline/outline for event Contact Sun city players musical guest Discuss expectations for event contract
