Raffle Basket prep on may 4th, 10 am at corey's 8214 n.e 12th street
Vancouver, WA 98664

Empty Baskets will be provided by chapter volunteer monica

 

We will have paper and braille copies for basket description

 

Corey has containers for tickets

 

The Chapter will purchase 4 truffles for door prizes

 

Sun city players will set up to play and they have external audio equipment

 

Kay will act as a go between for announcements between outside and inside

Corey will operate 2nd card reader

 

Sara discussed the silent auction process. Silent auction ends at 4:30pm.

 

Bob and patricia will act as mobile ticket sellers around the venue.

Kay is assigned to the  raffle baskets and supports announcements

 

Corey will MC and run point

 

Matt will run ticket pick up/check in

 

We will have a general donation bin up front with Matt

 

Matt will have 2 separate cash banks for event
