	I am with onpoint credit union, and they switched to a new digital
banking system and the windows app had issues but they fixed them after I
told them about it, and the android is horrible, so I addressed that as
well, and even showed them what it was doing, and they said that everybody
was having trouble with the google play app for onpoint, and that they were
definitely going to fix the issue, but two weeks later it still hasn't been
fixed. I was with IQ but when I went to get a separate account without my
x-wifes name on it, they wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops even
though I showed them my membership card. So I told them that even though I
had been a member since 2008, that if they were going to treat me that way
that I would just go somewhere else, and they were fine with that. That is
why I switched.

Hello everyone, I have spoken to a few of you already but I just want to ask
everyone in case people missed my previous question. Does anyone have
accounts with IQ credit union and if so are you also experiencing
accessibility issues with the app and the website? I have been trying to
work with them for months to get these issues fixed and they continue to
stonewall me and persist that there is nothing wrong except that I May have
difficulty with my own technology accessing my accounts online. If anyone
has these issues or know somebody who might have these issues, please let me
know as soon as possible. Thank you
