[BlindMath] Inaccessible Math in Chrome and Edge

Hello
This was caused by a recent update to Chrome. Edge is also effected
because it uses the Chromium library. There are open issues on NVDA
https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues/17421
and on Chromium
https://issues.chromium.org/issues/380161205
So far it looks like the Chrome developers haven't identified the
problem, hopefully they can fix it soon.
