[BlindMath] Inaccessible Math in Chrome and Edge

Hello all,

I am writing to report a bug in Microsoft Edge and Chrome with math.
NVDA MathCAT addon does not seem to work with either browser when reading
math, but this is because both of these browsers are currently facing an
accessibility issue with math. The issue is similar with JAWS, but it is
less problematic as some of the math is being read.
For anyone who regularly needs to interact with math HTML documents,
switching to Firefox will fix the issue; MathCAT works excellently there. I
have not tried JAWS, though.
