Thanks very much for this bit of info.  We go through our mail with an optacon, but haven't yet seen a card.

We're both going to go vote in person, but this is really good to know.

 FYI for those who read your mail or have it read to you

Below is an article from the Tacoma News Tribune. The information applies to all of Washington state. Basically, there’s a postcard coming to everyone from USPS saying you need to request your mail ballot. That does not apply in Washington state since every registered voter automatically  receives a ballot.
