Hi,

This message is a bit late as the eclipse has already officially begun in
Seattle, but if you're interested in following along nonvisually, there is a
great iPhone app. Search Eclipse Soundscapes. Download the app. There are
great tutorial instructions on how to view the content.
A sonic and haptic map will update in realtime based on your location as the
eclipse progresses. The map shows the sun and how the moon is moving across
it; sound and haptic feedback increases as you touch parts of your phone
screen where of light is visible, and sound and haptic intensity increase as
more light is visible. 92% coverage in Seattle will happen at 10:20 so step
outside!
