[nfbwatlk] Change in Issue 3, the Air Carrier Technology Access Act

Fellow nfb Members: 
We have had a change in strategy for our Air Carrier Technology Access Act initiative: after the fact sheets were printed, it was discovered that Senator Tom Harkin had introduced S-556, a bill that would make in-flight entertainment and purchase consoles accessible. Nfb has decided to ask senators to cosponsor this bill while working with Senator Harkin's office to add language that would require that apps such as flight reservation apps be accessible. 
In the House, we will ask that Senator Harkin's language plus app accessibility be introduced. For various reasons, we figure this will be easier to get passed.
