I agree with you, Noel, and bob and Julie. Mike Mello is in charge of the
seminar so I'd urge you to write to him at mike at mello.com for I'm certain
he'd be happy to have your suggestions.

I love your thoughts, Bob. I know that I am probably one of those on the
lower spectrum of iPhone capable and don't want to be in a postion of
slowing others down.

Mike, thanks for the info.

I'd like to offer up a couple of sugestions, as to the structure or
organization of the event.
First have certain aspects that will be discussed about the Iphone establish
ahead of time Even possibly a time frame for the teaching of each aspect.
Another possibility is to have those who plan to attend offer suggestions on
aspects of the Iphone he/she would like to lern.
Either select from that list ideas to be discussed or have people there who
work 1 on 1 with that individual.

The reason for these suggestions, is that, there was a similar get together
at the National convention this past summer.
It was verily well attended, but everyone seemed to be at a different
understanding and ability on the use of their Iphone.
When the leaders of the workshop started talking, many questions arose,
instructions were discussed, but because of the different level of ability,
it didn't take long for most people in the workshop to become frustrated. If
you missed an instruction there was no way to catch back up.
The person beside me and I finally gave up.

There will be a seminar on using the iPhone (several members requested such
a seminar) between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
there will be a diabetes seminar. I have one speaker lined up and am working
on several others.

Do we know for sure what event or activity will be taking place on Friday
afternoon, 10/18, at the NFBW State convention?
