I think you are right, Becky,  that ted authored the workshop song, but I bet others on this list know for sure.

Noel, Do you know who wrote this song?  The late Ted Young from Pennsylvania
wrote many songs along this vain.  Ted was an incredible man who I had the
priviledge of spending time with at PA NFB State Conventions. 

I can't honestly remember hearing TED sing, but I knew he played the piano
well.
