[nfbwatlk] FW: [Wcb-l] updated 14 c list

That's what happened. A resolution supporting the repeal of 14-C passed by about 25 votes, delegate and standing votes combined. It was a nail-biter, but a progressive position won the day by just a bit. But even a marginal victory at leasts removes them from being an obstacle, if not an affirmative supporter. Pometrantz led the pro position, consistent with the NFB, and Edwards led the old-guard opposition, concerned that the change would harm those with multiple disabilities and the other tired arguments that we hear on the other side of this issue.

Me, too. But perhaps they responded to grass-roots pressure at their recent convention.
