Let's hope they got horrible play out of their system and this is the worst
of the season.
There was no joy in Kelowna last night, either. My Rockets are down three
games to zero in a best of seven series. That's where they were against
Seattle and they pulled it out in seven. Hard to do once; really
unreasonable to ask them to do twice!

Especially when you take into account who they were playing, a team
predicted to be one of the worst assembled in the history of the majors. I
fear that while the m's have definitely made progress in some areas, hitting
will be a bit better, pitching is definitely worse, and fielding may have
suffered a little too, so I'm not sure how high the win count will be. And
Smoak and Ackley have to start actually getting hits, not just getting ready
to do so. Of course, they're still young, but you can't have players in
those positions hitting the way they still do.

because I turned the game off at 9-0 or thereabouts.
