Subject: [nfbwatlk] Student Holiday Cookie Exchange!

I am hosting a cookie exchange for students! Parents are welcome too.
So, please pass this information onto anyone who might be interested.
Information is in the flyer that I attached and below for your convenience.

A cookie exchange is an event where you bring cookies, as simple or creative
as you like, and each person will get a container to fill with everyone
else's creations. We will also play games and answer questions about the
NFB. Our goal is to meet the blind students out there, and this event is a
fun and informal way to get to know the NFB of Washington better.

The event will be Saturday, December 8 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.

The event will be at 400 Wall St., Seattle, WA 98121. It is in Seattle's
Belltown neighborhood wich is on many Metro bus lines and in walking
distance from many commuter bus stops. Someone will be outside the apartment
building to let you in and to direct you to the party room.

Interested people can contact me with questions or to RSVP. I am happy to
assist people in trip planning and in finding the apartment building from a
bus stop.

So please pass this along! We really need to gather more blind students, and
this is the perfect way to get started!

Thanks for spreading the word, and I look forward to getting some RSVP's
soon!
