[nfbwatlk] FW: BANA Press Release - Adoption of UEB

There are two arguments surrounding UEBC. One is whether the present Braille
code is "broken"; the second surrounds UEBC's math implementation. ACB and
NFB and BANA solved the second argument by retaining Nemeth. The first
argument is one with philosophical overtones and hinges on whether you think
lessening Braille's ambiguity and/or whether Braille should represent more
print symbols are important issues.
