OUR COZY KITCHEN PRESENTS LAURA MARTINEZ, SEPT. 25, 2011

NEWSWIRE:

Hello to all of our wonderful cooks and new cooks who attend "Our Cozy
Kitchen" on the fourth Sunday of each month on accessibleworld.org.

This Sunday, September 25, 2011 will be no exception on our having a really
great guest, Ms. Laura Martinez. What's so special, you say? Laura Martinez
is a young lady who has a unique talent, that of being a chef in one of
Chicago's upscale restaurants, Charlie Trotters. Well, you say, what's so
special about that? Laura Martinez is totally blind and is equal to any new
sighted chef's, if not better, in her ability to being a chef, knowing which
knives to use for each purpose in the kitchen, can feel or smell numerous
herbs and spices, and produce the finished product as well as anyone in the
business. Oh yes, Ms. Martinez is only in her 20's.

Join Ruth Ann Acosta and myself this Sunday on "Our Cozy Kitchen" at 4 p.m.
Pacific time as we present this wonderful individual, Laura Martinez, who
wouldn't let anyone or anything stop her from reaching her goal of becoming
a master chef. We will be certain that time is available for Q&A, and find
out how senses other than vision can be the answer to someone's dream.

If you have any questions or suggestions ahead of the broadcast, please
