Supervisory Project Manager/Team Coordinator -- Portland, Oregon.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is currently recruiting for a Supervisory Project Manager/Team Coordinator in the Office of Multifamily Housing in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate for this position will have an established background in the underwriting, development, and management of affordable housing.  Knowledge and experience working with HUD housing programs and achieving program compliance would be ideal. Other important attributes are: a proven track record as a supervisor, manager, or leader; a reputation for outstanding customer service, and an ability to interface with a wide range of clients and staff, The ideal candidate will also have strong skills in workload management, risk management, public speaking, problem solving, and time management.
