[nfbwatlk] problem with audio captcha/google voice

Hi,
I am trying to sign up for Google Voice and my Internet Explorer, or Comcast aren't letting me hear the audio verification.  I get a double tone and then nothing.  Someone on this list mentioned Solona a while back, but I don't know how it works or where to find it.
