Please find attached a flyer announcing a public forum to discuss the
proposed legislation (HB 2849 and SB 6491) to move the Washington State
School for the Blind and the Washington State School for the Deaf to the
Office of Public Instruction. The forum will be held this coming Saturday in
Olympia the flyer will provide the details and we would appreciate your
sharing this information with your students and interested parties.
