Hi Lauren, I'm guessing you need a new battery.  Although we can 
replace them ourselves now with the new Apex, I'd suggest calling 
Humanware.  If you don't have the Apex, you will need to call 
Tech Support, and they'll set more up so that someone from FedEx 
I think, maybe UPS, will come to pick up your Braillenote.  But 
call Humanware Tech Support.  And Good luck!    Debby
