Mike,
That may be true to some extent, but it's a great way just to see how
many people oppose/support some item. I think we need a resolution at
National Convention stating our opposition not to Freedom Scientific
directly, but to any company that would impose restrictions such that
access technology becomes more inaccessible than it already is. I see
this petition as a starting point for further development of concerted
action, and I encourage you to take part regardless of its seeming
futility and apparent waste of space.
