[nfbwatlk] opening up the Vending can of worms

Hi,
Does this mean there is no way I could do machines up in this area where I 
live?

I found a company that does a franchise business of candy machines but I 
don't know if that is a scam or not or how to get it paid for if I did it.
I wonder what my options really are???
