How to Apply

Applications are accepted on a continual basis and press releases are sent out before each series of interviews (these occur when there are vacancies on the Board).

Strong candidates will have a broad familiarity with many neighborhoods in the city, and interest in walking for recreation and/or transportation and a willingness to devote 8-10 hours a month to Board meetings and other Board duties.

Applicants must reside within the City of Seattle. Board meetings are on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in City Hall.
