Hello Doug, I didn't put my name on it anywhere and I didn't have to print
the ballot packet. Your name goes on the envelope with the hole in it that
came in the original envelope with the ballot.

Hi everyone,

I tried voting using the online portal.

Observations so far:

You must enter the name you are registered under.  

I was able to complete the ballot and print it off.

However, you must also print out a ballot packet.  Nothing happened when I
tried to print this off.

Very frustrating
