[CCCNFBW] a convention question

You have a slot in the elevator just like your room does for the room key.
As long as a person from each floor swipes their card than the elevator
should stop on that floor for the guest room floors.
You shouldnt need a key to get the elevator to go to the public spaces such
as the meeting rooms/conference center, restaurants, and lobby. You
probably will still need it to get to the pool/fitness center. I know at
the hotels where I have worked you do need your room key to get into this
public space for in house guests only.
Looking forward to hearing the recaps of National convention.
