[CCCNFBW] Urgent Call to Action - The Marrakesh Treaty

Great news! The Marrakesh Treaty has been reported favorably and passed
through committee and now goes to the senate for ratification.  Currently,
we need everyone to contact Senator Murray and Senator Cantwell and urge
them to co-sponsor the Marrakesh Implimentation Act (S. 2559) here are the
