Good afternoon A.  I wanted ask your assistance in helping to get the word out regarding three upcoming events:

 

The first is a "Burgerville Partnership Night" that benefits the Washington School for the Blind Foundation.  I have attached a flier that describes the program and the last night that this fundraiser will be held is Monday, February 28.  

 

The second has to do with our school's celebrating its 125th anniversary of providing quality education to blind and visually impaired students.  WSSB Superintendent, Dean Stenehjem, is offering campus tours on the last Friday of each month at 1:00pm (i.e. February 25, March 25, April 29, May 27, etc.).  This will occur through the month of July.  If people would like to join in, just have them give me a call or send me an email so I can ask for additional tour guides if our numbers get too large.

 

The third event is a concert to benefit the blind.  This event (flier attached) will take place on Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Fries Auditorium here on our campus.  Performers are:  Three Together, Featuring Grammy Award Winner Doug Smith and also The Rite of Spring.  The Fort Vancouver Lions Club sponsors this great event and they donate a large portion of their proceeds to our school's foundation.
