Individuals and organizations who are making significant 
contributions in helping to change what it means to be blind are 
encouraged to apply for the Dr.
Jacob Bolotin Award presented by the National Federation of the 
Blind. Nominations and letters of support should be completed online 
by March 31 and winners
will be notified by May 15. For consideration, nominees must live and 
work in the United States. The Federation will award $50,000 this 
year to recognize
and support individuals and organizations who share and live the 
philosophy of the National Federation of the Blind and Dr. Bolotin.
