All:

As an access tech instructor, one of the most challenging lessons to teach is how to complete web forms with screen readers. I want to show my students how to use edit fields, combo boxes, radio buttons, ETC, but it is difficult to find web forms which have all of these controls and which don't take any action when the student completes the form. I've used the Surfs Up from Freedom Scientific, but this is very JAWS focused. I'd love to find a form with lots of different types of controls which is not produced by one of the AT companies.
I'm wondering how others handle this task. What sites or pages to you have your students go to when learning to complete forms?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Thanks.
Jim
