[Tn-talk] Greetings from New Hampshire

Hi Warren...

Thanks for your response. We're looking at trying to find something large
enough for Sally to continue to make her jewelry as well as me perhaps
having a small office space. We own our home in NH, but given my vision
condition, want to explore lower maintenance options. We love the Nashville
area and have been there several times as visitors. We really just don't
know where to start. We will be in Nashville in June, and I was thinking of
checking things out in more detail at that time, but it sure would be nice
to have some things narrowed down.

The housing market here is slow, and I will be on a fixed income, however,
my credit is good, so the most likely scenario is a lease-to-buy or
arrangement allowing for the sale of our property here. You are the first
contact in Nashville that I've spoken with regarding housing, so we're very
much at the beginning stage of things. Depending on how things fit
together, though, I could see us moving in the Fall>
