Hi List Members!

I am thinking of moving to Nashville, and wonder if there is anyone in the group that might provide me ideas/referrals to places I can buy/lease a house just outside the city, but within walking distance to public transportation.

I have an hereditary form of MD, and am 45 years old.  I love Tennessee, and would like to start planning the move, but though I've spent time in the city proper, do not know where a safe, reasonably priced living arrangement may be available.
