Peter,

Please know that your work/effort is deeply appreciated. We
count ourselves fortunate to have you at the helm of our successful
challenge of providing to blind Tennesseans & family members around the
country timely & topical information designed to encourage & inspire
healthy helpful dialog. I'm pleased to know that your talents are now
in high demand. I had no doubt that they soon would be. We anxiously
await your offerings of this year's convention. Have a good one, Sir!

Subject: [Tn-talk] 2007 NFBTN Convention Archives Delayed

Hello everyone,

I'm sure some of you have been visiting the NFBTN Web site looking
for
the audio archives of the 2007 State Convention. In a phone conversation
during the convention I promised that the archives would be available by
the
end of March. I am half way through processing the files for upload and
expect to have them up in the next few weeks. I recently purchased a
reseller hosting plan that would allow me to host Web sites of NFB
chapters,
state affiliates, and divisions as well as being able to sell hosting
plans
to others wanting space for a Web site. This will also allow me to
secure
additional storage for large files if needed. My first choice is to
place
all files for a Web site on its native server, but if necessary I can
find
other hosting for them if needed.

Last Thursday I received an urgent request from the NFB of Missouri
for
help in setting up their streaming for their 2007 State Convention. I
assisted them throughout the weekend. I hope some of you caught those
portions of the convention they were able to stream. The stream went
down on
Saturday afternoon and was out that evening making them unable to stream
the
banquet. They kept me on their toes last weekend which contributes to
the
delay in adding the NFBTN Convention audio archives to the affiliate Web
site. I promise you the wait will be worth it once they go online.
Thanks
for your patience and understanding. Again I apologies for this delay
and
will let you know as soon as the 2007 NFBTN Convention archives are
available on the affiliate Web site. Best wishes for a happy Easter from
Mary and myself.

Peter Donahue
