The
Tennessee Little Randolph-Shepherd Act
grants to blind Tennesseans a priority in the establishment and operation of
vending facilities on property controlled by the State of Tennessee. This is
an extension of the priority established by the Federal Randolph-Shepherd
Act with respect to the operation of vending facilities located on Federal
Property
