[Reader-users] strange results with the reader?

Hi all,

I've had my reader for a while now and I use my N82 in a case from Norf
Cases. A company in France.

If I leave the phone in the case and fold the case away to expose the camera
and try and scan something, I get poor if not no results at all.

Am I best to take the phone out of the case? Or get another case?
What cases to people recommend? Has anyone tried the new case from executive
products?
