Will,

There's a reason that polarizers have been on all Readers since they were 
first released.  You're not going to get accurate results and won't be able 
to learn correctly until you're reader is ready, with the polarizers on 
them.

It would be nice if you would do what you have to do in order to get your 
reader working correctly before complaining about what it isn't doing. 
You've been questioning this product from the beginning, and, even now, you 
don't do what you're supposed to do and can't understand the results.

hi all, i am still not suing polarizers and getting excelent results
but if they are recommended to put them on the reader for otimum
results then i will.
but my question here though relates to the training page
everyt ime i scan it i always get no text, my reader won't detect it
is the training page
