[Reader-users] a bit of truth about the reader

I guess they can be dealt with after the fact because each message isn't
moderated like some other lists. As that previous message from the unknown
person and the person who posted it wasn't Will I'm not sure why he took
offense to my positive experience and I have to be considered arrogant
because I've installed my own software and didn't expect the distributor to
call me a week later and ask how's my day.
But on the other hand Will has to be the most annoying person I've ever seen
on any email list and does ask the most unimportant questions being someone
who would probably not purchase a product who he has bad mouthed to no end.
So why ask, why be so negative and find the down side to everything people
suggests.
I do believe KNFB Reading Technologies can be satisfied with their customer
satisfaction because other than Will, who doesn't own the product, everyone
I know is more than satisfied with their product. Even those who aren't
would be in the minority of the originator of the below bad experience.
Sometimes we make our own experiences. So, I guess it would be considered
arrogant for me to think my life is good because I make it that way.
Will, you are who you are because you make it that way.
