[Reader-users] a bit of truth about the reader

Does this list allow direct personal attacks such as this?

I want the full range of experiences on this list so that we have folks more capable of handling deeper technical questions and more in depth product understanding as well as those, like myself, who are still learning.  I hope that personal attacks at any point are always disallowed from this list.
