I have never had a company call me a week or so later and inquire as to how 
things are going with my purchase.  The only business I have ever received 
followup calls from is our local hospital.  They are just looking for pats 
on the back.  Your opinion wouldn't change any part of the service.  heh heh 
heh!  Why would you expect vendors of adaptive devices to make followup 
contacts?
